ETYPE The event that trigger the sent email. You don't need to create an ETYPE. These ETYPE are pre-built email events such as: invoice, quote... or automatically created every time you create a web database form. You just need to edit its record. Here are the description of ETYPE:
_Sales_Inquiry:  is ETYPE event of web submit form. It is the name of the table that store the data from submit form. This ETYPE event is created when you to the insert form into a web page from selecting topmenu [Insert] -> [Web Database Form] then it will automatically create an entry ETYPE= names of the table of that web form in table x_email_manager. It uses the table of the web form as name for ETYPE.
For example, If you create a table name _resume for the web form Resume. Then myNet.Office will automatically create an entry ETYPE name = _resume. After that, you need to fill the required info for this ETYPE = resume. Thus when some one submit resume at your site, there is anemail will sent to that person plus email inform to your people such as HR department that there is a resume submission.
quote: is the name ETYPE event of the get quote when your customer select Get Quote to check out from the order. To create a product get quote, you enter PRICE=0 in Product Catalog Tools. See DAY 1 to create a product catalog display.

EFROM_AUTH_PW is the email password authorization of the EFROM when you setup email accounts with us. We give you 10 email account mail box. Each has an authorized password. It is more secure when sending email with password. In the above example, the email EFROM = info@mycompany.com (your domain website) that has authorized password=hello123 of the ETYPE = invoice. (see the Email Property picture)
ETO is the TO emails of your staffs who will be receiving an email. You can have many ETO emails .
EFROM is the FROM email the customer and your staff will see when receiving an email. There is only 1 EFROM email. Different ETYPE has different EFROM. In the above example, ETYPE=invoice has EFROM =  info@mycompany.com
ECC is like the CC (Carbon Copy) emails of your staffs whom you want to receive emails as CC. You can have many ECC.
EBCC is like the BCC emails of your staffs whom you want to receive emails as BCC. You can have many EBCC. No email recipients will see email of EBCC list. You may want to add your boss email in EBCC.
ESUBJECT is the Subject on email people will see when receiving email.
EMESSAGE is the email body content. It is in HTML code so that email can see. As database type of BLOB, so it can contained tens of thousands of characters in database.
To create an rich formatted EMESSAGE, you design with myNet.Word. Then open [File] topmenu -> Select  Save As Email Message, an interface opens. It asks you the ETYPE of email you want to save the content in EMESSAGE.
• For example, there is an ETYPE=email_promo for email promotion (not shown in the Email Property picture) . When you lunch a promotion campaigner, you open eCampaigner top menu -> Select Email Promotion -> Then you select a table of email, such as customer table. The email promotion will read the x_email_property table. Then search for the ETYPE=email_promo. Then read the EMESSAGE content email. Then send the content to emails of customer table. Without myNet.Word it is hard for people who have no web skills to create rich formatted email content.
- more details explained in Working with eCampaigner topic -
ELOGO The Logos in email customer will see.
STATUS There are 2 status: "Yes, Send" and "No Send". Which means when this ETYPE even triggered, the email is sent. or not.
• For example, if you don't want an email sent after there is an event to submit resume ETYPE=resume. Then select STATUS =No Send.
MEMBER RECEIVE There are 2 status select: "Yes" and "No". Which means when this ETYPE email even triggered, this member, or this customer will receive this email or not.
• For example, if you don't want an email sent to the person who submit the resume form when there is an event to submit resume ETYPE=resume. Then select STATUS =No. This person will not receive acknowledged email but your HR people will receive email informed. Of course, make sure you select STATUS= Yes Send.
Use myNet.Word to create an Email Message Content  EMESSAGE for promotion, eCampaigner, invoice...

Every time there is an email sent out, it looks into the field EMESSAGE to read the content for email. Without myNet.Word, to create EMESSAGE content is very difficult for people who have no web skills. To design EMESSAGE content for email, you do these steps:
  1. From the topmenu [File] -> Select [New File] -> Design the email content in myNet.Word. Click on [Save] button to save it as a file for future use.
  2. From the topmenu [File] -> Select [Save As Email Message] -> An interface opens, from its pull down list of all ETYPE read from Email Manager table x_email_property -> Select ETYPE = email-promo -> Click on [Save Email Message] (see picture). Now go back to myNet.Dbase, opens table x_email_property of Email Manager. You will see the EMESSAGE email content like this see picture.
