A catalog or a group, like catalog Lunch And Dinner group. Each catalog contains many category, like the group Lunch And Dinner contains category: Lunch Special, Combo Special, Dinner. Each category contains many Product Items. Like the category Rice, in catalog Rice & Bun, has: 6 product items (see picture).
CATALOG MANAGER MAIN SCREEN
• To Open Catalog Manager: From top main menu [Shopping Cart], select sub menu [Catalog Manager]. First, select a category like Rice from the pull down list all of categories. It will list all Rice's product items in the table. See picture.

- The pull down list lists all categories. The current selected list category = ** Combo Special **. All its product items display in the table.
| Step by
step to create a whole Product Catalog display including Catalog,
Category, and Product Item For example, To create a Catalog = Lunch And Dinner, its Category = ** Combo Special ** and its Product Item = Black Bean Sauce Squid & Steam Rice. NOTE: Currently, Catalog = Lunch And Dinner has 3 Categories, Lunch Specials, ** Combo Special **, and Dinner. The Category = ** Combo Special ** has 7 Product Items in it. We do the following 2 steps: 1) From main menu [Shopping Cart] -> [Create New/Add Catalog (Group Name)] -> It pops up a GUI windows. Fill in the Catalog name = Lunch And Dinner, Category name = ** Combo Special ** -> Menu Pos = 2. Menu position of this Catalog= Lunch And Dinner in the Product Menu. Example, Catalog =What is New its menu pos = 0. See the GUI in picture Catalog Manager Main Screen 2) After Catalog= Lunch And Dinner, its Category = ** Combo Special ** created, you must add as many as you want Product Items in to its Category. 1) From main menu [Shopping Cart] -> [Catalog Manager] -> Open the main screen see in picture. -> At First, select Category from the pull down list to select ** Combo Special ** -> At column Action, Select the Add  -> Open Product Catalog Design
Tool (see picture under). Begin design the Product Item. Keep adding
products. Currently, there are 7 product items in category = ** Combo

With Catalog Manager, you can do [Action]:
- DELETE

Delete the current product item. - EDIT
:
Edit the current Product item. From Edit mode, you can change the Product
Title, Description, Price, Promotion, Coupon, Weight... It is like the
Product Catalog Design Tool. - ADD NEW PRODUCT ITEM
: Lets you add new product
item. People can see the result in the catalog display page.

View the current catalog. - Add-ons, Extra Price
- INDEX

Let you index the order of record. For example, after you delete the
product item with record id = 4. Thus it is broken index record because it
will display 1,2,3,5,6. Click INDEX will re-order of record id. RECID is
the order, the position of product item in catalog display page. You can
move the RECID to move the position display of the product item. - CHANGE DISPLAY SORT DIR: Seen on the top table. Change the product catalog display direction from the first -> last item (DESC) or from the last -> first item (ASC). Default is from the first -> last. For example, you have the catalog [What is news], you want to display the recent new item ( the last add in) first.

PRODUCT MENU MANAGER TOOL
Lets you change the Catalog Group Menu name, such as Lunch And Dinner
is a Catalog, now change to Special Lunch And Combo Dinner. You
also use Product Menu Manager Tool to change category, example Rice,
to Special Rice And Vegetable
In Day 1, we have introduced Product Catalog Design Tool that is used for Insert and Edit a product item into catalog. Here are a few features:
• [ROW/COL] button used to expand the edit area.
• [Get File] button lets you browse to a file or a picture. Then click button [Close] to input picture. The check box [x ] NO lets you disable, not selected that files or picture. Make sure you take pictures and upload them using FTP Up/Download File program into a folder you created. For example, you create a folder =/my_store/ no space, one word. Next, you create a sub-folder =/images/. Next, you upload the product picture=combo1_b.jpg in this folder. The result is: /my_store/images/combo1_b.jpg
• [Promotion] box lets you enter text, or colorful html code for the promotion this item.
• [Weight]: Enter the weight with dimension used for shipping if you want to calculate shipping based on weight. In lbs or Kg.
• [Record ID] lets you change the display position of that product item in display catalog.
• [Catalog List]: Go back to Catalog Manager. [View]: View this catalog
• [Product Image]: is the small thumb nail picture.
• [Product Big Image]: is the big picture when click on [More Info]
• [Product PDF]: is the PDF file you want to show more info for this product.
• [Product Video File]: is video file you want to show for this product. For example, you may want to video your house and display the video.
• [Coupon Image]: is the small thumb nail picture for coupon. Currently no use. Coupon gets its picture from the small thumb nails product picture.

PRODUCT CATALOG FEATURES
Description/ [More] Description: The first editor content for Product Description. The second editor content for More Description of this product.
[Coupon]: Use this coupon to drive customers to your stores. It is not coupon used for online order. Customer clicks on [Coupon] from catalog display on website. Then print out the coupon. Bring to your store.
[Promotion]: Such as, FREE SHIPPING...
[Feed/Ask] : Get feed back, Ask question from customers. Information is stored in database for Product Research. Currently this feature is enable. To disable, click on round button. This [Feed/Ask] will attract more customers interactive, driven more people to websites. You get free value feed backs from customers.
[Your Bid]: Let customer choose to pay for this product and service. Currently this feature is enable. To disable, click on round button. This [Your Bid] will attract more customers interactive, driven more people to websites. Some time price is subject to change without notice. This feature will help you understand more about how much people are willing to pay for your product and services. Use this like pricing research.
[Review]: Enable this feature will let customers post the review, comment for this product and services on website. Currently this feature is enable. To disable, click on round button. This [Review] will attract more customers interactive, driven more people to websites.
Active Display: Select the round button O. Change Active to enable display this product item. Or choose Not Active to expire, not to display this product item from product catalog. Company is no longer to carry this product. The default when create a new product item is = Active. To change, select Edit mode
from Catalog Manager.Private Display: Select the round button O. Change to enable Private in order to display this product item specially for private login registered members see/buy only. Private Members will see ** Private Member ** under small thumbnail picture of that private product item. It is not for people in public. Or choose Not Private to display this product item in public so that people can see. The default when create a new product item is = No Private. To change, select Edit mode

Ofcouse, private registered members who have access
login will see/order all product items public and private. NOTE: To create a whole Catalog or Category private, you must use the tool = Product Catalog Menu Manager. See below.
- Use this Private feature, you can launch private New Release, Promotion, Coupon to private member when login Member Home your website, they see these messages.
Record ID: Change this number will change the position display of this product item in the product catalog.
PRODUCT CATALOG PAGE DISPLAY CHANGED BY UNIT PRICE
Unit Price: If enter Unit Price > $ 0.0 then button [Add To Cart] automatic appear allows customers order this product.
- If enter Unit Price = $ 0.0 then this Product Item is in mode = [Get Quote].
- If enter Unit Price < $ 0.0 then this becomes a web page to display News Release, or Customer Testimonials, or Product Update Info page, or a web page displayed in the left menu like [About MyRestaurant on demand]. If you have no product to sell, you can create all basic web pages to display information in the Left Product menu without Top menu navigation. Just enter Unit Price = -1.0.
Finally, click on the button [UPDATE] or [ADD] to update or add this product item. This Product Catalog Tools is currently in edit/update mode.

- Click on [Coupon] will pop up the coupon driven people to store location. Marketing, marketing, and marketing..
- The Add-ons, Option Price feature lets you add more option packages, cross selling to this product item.
What is Product Catalog Menu Manager Tool?
Like Catalog Manager Tool, Product Catalog Menu Manager Tool allows you to do the following:
- Change Menu Catalog Name, its Menu Position: Example from New Dinner to My New Dinner , or from Rice & Bun = My Special Rice and Noodle. Change its menu position, currently menu position of New Dinner = 5. To do, click on icon Action
See picture.- Change Menu Category Name, and its Menu Position: Example from Dinner 1 to My Dinner 1, or from Rice = Special Rice. Change its menu position Dinner 3 = 4 from previous position = 3, and Dinner 4 = 2 from previous position = 4. To do, click on icon Action
- Change a Catalog, a Category Private Status: Example from Dinner 2 = no private to Dinner 2 = private. As a result, we can see that Dinner 2 not is display in public for registered member only. See picture. To change the private status, click on button [Change]. See picture.
- Select Delete
in
Action column to delete a whole Catalog or a whole Category. Every thing
included is deleted also. For example, if you delete catalog = New Dinner,
then all its categories = Dinner 1, Dinner 2 ...and all Product Items in
each Dinner 1... are also deleted.- Select Delete
in Action column to sort the direction of display ASC or DESC of that
Category. You can run this feature from Catalog Manager.

SETUP PRIVATE PRODUCT CATALOG DISPLAY FOR PRIVATE LOGIN REGISTERED MEMBER
You can setup private display product catalog Catalog = Lunch And Dinner for registered members login to have access. There are many different ways you can setup product catalog private for registered members only :
1) Setup Private For A whole Catalog: For example, the Catalog = Lunch And Dinner. Thus only registered members login can see all category and all product items in that catalog.
2) Setup Private For A whole Catalog: For example, the Category = ** Combo Special **. Thus only registered login member can see this Category. Non-member can't see it. But they can see other categories, like Dinner, in the catalog.
3) Setup Private For A private Product Item: For example, the Product Item = Black Bean Sauce & Steam Rice is setup so that only login member could see. Non-member can see all product items in this category = * Combo Special ** that are not setup private from outside website, except this product item = Black Bean Sauce & Steam Rice.
NOTE: Registered login members can see product catalog both private and not private. Which means whatever people can see on website members can see plus their own private products.
